Meet Jaron Caldwell

founder & Creative director

After more than a decade in entertainment publicity, Jaron learned that the most successful events aren’t simply beautiful—they’re strategically designed to create moments audiences remember, media want to cover, and clients are proud to share.

That philosophy became the foundation of Built Productions.

Today, Jaron serves as Founder and Creative Director, leading the creative strategy and execution behind premieres, red carpets, brand activations, nonprofit galas, live experiences, and cultural moments throughout New York and beyond.

Over the course of his career, he has produced more than 100 Broadway opening nights and countless events across the entertainment, corporate, and nonprofit sectors.

Before launching Built, Jaron served as Creative Director and Event Producer at Stark Production Group. Previously, he was Director of Events for San Francisco-based PRC, where he produced fundraising experiences generating more than $1 million annually in support of the organization’s mission.

Earlier in his career, Jaron founded and led the events division at DKC/O&M, one of the entertainment industry’s leading public relations agencies. That experience continues to shape Built’s approach today—bringing together creative strategy, operational excellence, and an understanding that every logistical decision should strengthen the guest experience and tell a bigger story.
